Find Happiness on the Half-Shell at Blossom's New Oyster Bar
This past spring, we added an all-new section to our restaurant and menu: a raw bar! As a coastal city, residents love checking out all of the local seafood options. And we wanted to bring even more of those options to Blossom.
Join us at our 11-seat raw bar with personal shucker included for all of the oysters and raw fish you can eat! Positioned right by a window to East Bay, it’s the perfect setup for eating dinner and people watching the city adventurers.
New menu items include Tuna Poke with yellowfin tuna, seaweed salad, cucumber, and more; Sashimi Tuna with cilantro-lime glaze and pineapple wasabi; and, of course, oysters! You can even find steamed selections like a half or whole pound of Peel & Eat Shrimp and the ever-popular dish Lowcountry Boil. Check out the full menu here.
And you can decide for yourself if you want raw or steamed oysters--we offer both! With oysters from coast to coast, you’ll really get a taste of everything. And we don’t like surprises. Each oyster location you have to choose from is placed front and center of the bar so you know exactly what you’re eating every time.
Our gorgeous new space (if we do say so ourselves) was just redesigned with a more contemporary look, and our raw bar is open and available for guests after 4PM on weekdays and all day on Saturday and Sunday, so come on by for all the oysters you can eat and a glass of wine from the bar.
