Learn more about the newest additions to the team.

Todd Garrigan | Executive Chef

Born in Memphis, TN and raised in El Paso, TX, Chef Todd Garrigan began working in restaurants while attending college at Ole Miss. Realizing that he wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts, he left Oxford, bound for Atlanta, GA where he would receive a degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta while honing his skills at Dick & Harry’s.

Following his tenure in Atlanta and Washington, DC, Garrigan relocated to the Lowcountry where he has spent the last 15 years. Through his craft and dedication, he has helmed the kitchen at notable restaurants in Charleston, including Amen Street, Craftsmen (chef/owner) and most recently Pancito & Lefty.

Garrigan’s approach to cooking is light, clean & fresh. His focus is traditional southern cuisine, complemented by Latino and fermented accents with an abundance of vegetables.

When not in the kitchen or spending time with his family, Garrigan’s interest include golf, Dodger baseball, live music, urban farming and anything taco related.

Marvin Jones | Executive Sous Chef

Charleston native Chef Marvin Jones has spent over 25 years working in the food and beverage industry. Although his humble start in the kitchen began as dishwasher, he discovered his passion for cooking and will to succeed. In pursuit of his dreams, he attended Johnson & Wales University in Charleston where he received a degree in culinary arts.

Growing up in the Lowcountry, Chef Jones was raised to appreciate its bounty. His deep-seated Charleston roots coupled with the influence of French master chefs has shaped his style of cooking as traditional European with a Southern flair, honed through his many years at some of Charleston’s finest restaurants.

After spending the last 17 years away from Charleston, Chef Jones is thrilled to return to his hometown. While not at work, Chef Jones enjoys deep sea fishing, sports and preparing holiday meals with his mother.
